Step 1 :- Open Heyo Phone App and Go to Call Logs Section
Step 2:- You will be able to see every missed call by you and your staff members marked in red arrow
Step 3:- The red marked calls have been missed due to unavailability of staff which automatically pushed the customer to drop a voicemail
Step 4:- You can either play the voicemail or call back immediately
Step 5:- If you have turned on your missed call alert notification then you will get notified via pop-up or SMS
