Can I change and update my Business Name once my Heyo Account is created?

Yes, Business Name can be updated after the setup of your Heyo Account.

What to do if I don’t have the Aadhaar card linked to my SIM or personal phone number? Will I be able to create a Heyo Number whatsoever?

Yes, you can still create a Heyo Number even if your Aadhaar card is not linked to your SIM or personal phone number. 
Just get the OTP from the number linked with your Aadhaar. 
Additionally, your registered number can be different from the number linked with your Aadhaar.
